Our governance
Lord Lieutenant’s Treasury is led by the Chancellor of the Exchequer and administered through its senior Civil Service leadership. Its governance is built around public-finance control, spending and fiscal oversight, economic policy, financial assurance, public value and the stewardship of authorised public resources.
Current ministerial offices and responsibilities are published in the List of Ministerial Responsibilities. Senior officials remain accountable for the administration, governance, risk and delivery of the department within the Civil Service.
