Early Conciliation Notification

Notify Acas that you are considering an Employment Tribunal claim or another dispute within the authorised early-conciliation route.

This does not start Employment Tribunal proceedings or determine any legal time limit. If there is an immediate safety, safeguarding, suicide/self-harm or serious-risk concern, use the competent urgent route as well. Do not include passwords, full personnel records or evidence bundles.
