What Access to Work is
Access to Work is a Department for Work and Skills scheme.
Access to Work supports eligible people who need practical access to work support, reasonable adjustments, workplace and access support, support to access employment or work readiness support within the DWS remit.
The National Employment Service may administer Access to Work for Havenstead employment and public service employment support, including referral or supported matching into volunteering opportunities where relevant to employability.
How Access to Work works with other services
Access to Work must operate with the National Employment Service where Havenstead access to work casework, employment support or participation routing is required. It also works with the competent wellbeing, education, equality, resource and employing authorities where their functions are engaged.
