- We determine collective employment-relations and representation cases assigned to us.
- We consider applications and evidence and make independent decisions under the rules that govern our jurisdiction.
- We publish decisions and guidance where appropriate.
- We are independent in adjudication and do not act as an employer, HR service, conciliation service or ordinary employment tribunal.
