Governance
The Agency is governed through its framework arrangements, ministerial sponsorship, its Chief Executive and Accounting Officer responsibilities, and the applicable Cabinet Office and public-finance controls.
Board and leadership
The Agency’s leadership oversees strategy, delivery, property and workplace performance, finance, risk, people and organisational capability. Board and committee arrangements support scrutiny and assurance without displacing formal Accounting Officer or ministerial accountability.
Sponsorship
Cabinet Office sponsors the Agency. Government Property Function provides cross-government professional leadership while the Agency is responsible for delivery of the estate and workplace services assigned to it.
