Purpose
Governance arrangements provide strategic oversight, assurance and challenge over the Agency’s delivery, finances, risk, property portfolio, workplace services and capability.
Responsibilities
Members must act within the Agency framework, delegated authorities and public-finance controls. Committees advise or assure the responsible decision-maker; they do not create powers beyond the Agency’s formal remit.
Review
Terms of reference are reviewed when governance, delegated authority or the Agency’s functions materially change.
