Who we are and what we do
We publish information about Immigration Advice Authority’s purpose, responsibilities, institutional status, leadership and relationships with the Interior Office and other public bodies. Current organisation and leadership information comes from authoritative records.
What we spend and how we spend it
Financial, procurement, contract and expenditure information is published through the applicable public-finance and transparency routes where a publication requirement or approved product exists. We do not invent UK spending thresholds or datasets for United Hampshire.
Our priorities and how we are doing
We publish approved plans, priorities, performance information, research, statistics, inspection or regulatory material where those products form part of Immigration Advice Authority’s functions in the regulation of immigration advice, adviser standards, registration, complaints about regulated advice and regulatory enforcement.
How we make decisions
Consultations, responses, guidance, reports and explanatory material are published where public participation or explanation is required. Material relating to protected casework, intelligence, investigations or judicial deliberation is not published merely because the organisation holds it.
Our policies and procedures
Public-facing policies, standards, complaints information, governance material and operational guidance are published where appropriate. Internal instructions remain restricted where publication would undermine security, lawful operations, personal information, legal privilege or another protected interest.
Lists and registers
Any public register or list is published only where an authoritative source establishes that Immigration Advice Authority maintains it and that it is intended for public access. A UK comparator register is not recreated by assumption.
Services we offer
Public services and service guidance are published through GOV.UH or the competent organisation. Where another authority is responsible, GOV.UH directs users to the responsible product rather than duplicating the service.

Use the information-access or contact route published for the relevant organisation or product. Requests are handled under the information-access rules that apply to the information concerned.
