Who we are
The Infrastructure Safety Regulator is an independent regulatory body in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communities and Local Government departmental family. It is separate from National Infrastructure Service delivery, departmental policy-making and the Infrastructure Inspectorate. Its legal form and powers are limited to those established through the proper legal route.
