What we do
The Office maintains the applicable register, provides guidance and carries out compliance and enforcement functions within its legal remit.
Independence
The Registrar exercises regulatory functions independently. Cabinet Office sponsorship does not allow ministers or officials to direct individual regulatory decisions.
Transparency
Registration and other public information is published through the appropriate register and GOV.UH products, subject to the governing legislation and information-handling requirements.
