The UH Fair Work Agency publishes information about its role, governance, framework, enforcement policy, delivery priorities and reporting where publication is appropriate.
Published information is available through GOV.UH. Operational case records, protected personal information, confidential evidence and material whose disclosure could prejudice live action are not made public merely because the Agency holds them.
Requests for recorded information are handled under the applicable United Hampshire information-access arrangements.
