This report records the UH Fair Work Agency’s establishment position in 2026. It does not present invented operational statistics.
Institutional position
The Agency is established as an executive agency of the Department for Work and Skills. Its principal statutory authority is Part 5 of the Employment Rights Act 2026.
Governance established
The authorised governance structure includes a Chief Executive and the UH Fair Work Agency Advisory Board. The Board includes independent, worker and employer representation and executive members responsible for enforcement, compliance, strategy, intelligence and partnerships.
Functional boundary
The Agency is responsible for employment-rights compliance and enforcement within its legal remit. Acas, tribunals, HSE, the Central Arbitration Committee, the Certification Officer, the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Workforce Standards Inspectorate retain their separate functions.

Future performance reporting must be derived from controlled operational records. No test, sample or unverified case data is reported as live performance in this establishment report.
