Official Roblox and Discord spaces
The Government and other public bodies use Roblox and Discord for some activities and services. Check who runs a space before relying on information or invitations posted there.
Check whether a space is official
An official space has a recorded purpose, a responsible organisation and verified ownership. Its status should appear in the responsible organisation’s published information or the Platform Office’s official records.
A logo, group name or administrator rank is not proof that a space is official. Old links may lead to closed or unofficial spaces.
Types of space
Public spaces may be used for activities and information. Staff areas, casework systems and training spaces may have additional access rules. A space described as being tested is not open for routine service use.
Stay safe
- Follow Roblox and Discord rules, including age and communication restrictions.
- Keep passwords and security codes private.
- Check requests for personal information before responding.
- Report impersonation or a compromised account to the platform and the organisation concerned.
Help with access
Contact the organisation that runs the activity if an invitation is broken or you need help joining. For general website problems, contact GOV.UH.
The Platform Office maintains the Government’s platform arrangements. It does not appoint officials or decide cases for other public bodies.
