Read the service page to check:

  • who can use it
  • what information or evidence you need
  • whether you need to sign in
  • how to get help

If a service requires an account, use the sign-in link on its official page.

If you cannot use an online form or need another way to communicate, contact the organisation running the service. It can explain the help and alternative arrangements available.
