After you apply
The National Employment Service or another authorised DWS caseworker will review the request and may ask for further information where it is needed to assess the case.
An authorised decision records the decision, reasons and decision authority. Where support is approved, the case record can also record the approved support, any conditions, implementation status and the next review date.
If your circumstances change or you need a review
A later material decision change must use the review or change route so the original decision and case history are retained. The case can also record implementation actions, referrals and closure.
