Access to Work
Eligibility
Access to Work supports eligible people who need practical access to work support, reasonable adjustments, workplace and access support, support to access employment or work readiness support within the DWS remit.
Eligibility is assessed against the circumstances of the request and the functions of the Department for Work and Skills and the National Employment Service.
Submitting a request does not establish eligibility, approve support or expenditure, or create employment or appointment rights.
